📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payment records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with clients to resolve payment issues.
• Reconcile accounts receivable daily to ensure accuracy.
• Generate and submit monthly reports on receivables to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding payment inquiries and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
