📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily production operations to ensure high-quality food production.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to improve overall performance.,Participate in shift meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a food service or production environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and processes.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food safety certification (preferred but not mandatory).Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.Multilingual skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
