• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and high-performance IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and data centers.

• Maintain the security and reliability of our systems, handling sensitive data and critical business processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Xen.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
