Lingkungan Indra Bakery is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement fuel and maintenance budgets.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to maintain safety and efficiency.,Manage and track vehicle schedules and routes.,Provide training and support to drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian road regulations and safety standards.
