📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Create and maintain menus based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and kitchen supplies.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
