📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining sales and purchase records and databases.,Support the sales team by providing necessary information and data for their daily operations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for sales and purchase meetings.,Provide administrative support to the sales and purchase team as needed.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.,Support the implementation of new sales and purchase processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or purchase support role.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.,Familiarity with sales and purchase software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
