As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.,Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia as a plus.
