Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies to ensure profitability and market positioning.,Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Monitor market trends and competitors' pricing to ensure our pricing strategies remain effective.,Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for financial analysis.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in costing and financial analysis.,Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in costing, pricing, or financial analysis.,Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.,Proficiency in using costing and financial analysis software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
