In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.,Manage and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a productive and safe work environment.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, logistics, and engineering, to ensure smooth production operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisor role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, and improve production efficiency and quality.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
