📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Manage and update system software, ensuring security and performance.,Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.,Monitor system performance and capacity, making recommendations for improvements.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
