📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for export and import shipments.
• Prepare and review customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of ladings.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor and report on customs clearance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance, international trade, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Certification in customs brokerage or international trade is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics and customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
