In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilizing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local recruitment platforms, you will identify and engage potential candidates, conducting initial screens and assessments to ensure a strong fit. Additionally, you will manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcome and are equipped to succeed from day one.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture.
• Conduct initial assessments and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage the entire onboarding process, including offer letters, documentation, and orientation.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Workday to streamline recruitment processes.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or international business sector.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software, including ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Familiarity with local recruitment practices and networks in Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
