📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage HR information systems and databases.,Lead HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
