Central Gate Mandiri is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Canggu. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and productivity of our employees, while also contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain talented employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve our HR strategies.,Coordinate with management to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or company size.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
