(Hybrid) Training Officer

MERIDIAN Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Report on training activities and outcomes to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Certifications in training and development are a plus.
