📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain accurate records.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance productivity and safety.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Work closely with the IT department to integrate warehouse management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Certification in warehouse management or related field is a plus.
