📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present comprehensive reports on business development activities and performance.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong networking and relationship-building skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and business culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
