The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing teams and projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects.,Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
