📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the reception desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Welcome and greet clients and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and maintaining guest records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the overall guest experience.,Act as a point of contact for emergency situations and ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in a hotel, office, or similar environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
