📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff to achieve high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using POS and inventory management systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
