📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning events to engage employees and enhance their learning experience,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Provide guidance and support to employees seeking to develop their skills and advance their careers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of educational principles and practices,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and facilitate engaging and effective training programs,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
