📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide strategic guidance and expert advice to clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Leverage deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to deliver high-quality consulting services.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Drive measurable results and contribute to the overall success of the consulting practice.
  • Participate in sales and business development activities to grow the consulting practice.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise consulting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
