📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff, and ensure that they are knowledgeable about our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.
