📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and tenant needs are met.
  • Manage and mentor a team of property managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient repairs and renovations.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
