📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and support.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct regular sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing a successful store and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
