Star Go Indonesia is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy to understand.,Review and edit documentation to ensure quality and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technical writing tools and best practices.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and communication skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with software documentation or API documentation is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
