📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
