📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and negotiations with Chinese partners and clients using Mandarin.
• Support project managers in developing and implementing project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of business proposals and tenders for hydropower projects.
• Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hydropower project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of hydropower project development and implementation.
• Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and the ability to work in Indonesia.
