As a Live Streaming Host, you will daily interact with viewers through live streaming platforms, demonstrating products, answering questions, and driving sales. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our promotions are both engaging and effective. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Host live streaming sessions to promote and sell e-commerce products.
- Engage with the audience in real-time, answering questions and providing product information.
- Demonstrate products effectively to drive interest and sales.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on live streaming performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is provided.
- Adapt to changing trends and customer preferences to keep promotions fresh and engaging.
- Provide excellent customer service during live streaming sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming, retail, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail sales.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, or YouTube Live.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
