📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and maintaining tisu inventory to ensure shelves are always stocked.
• Conducting sales and promotions to increase product visibility and sales.
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards.
• Monitoring sales data and providing regular reports to the management.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills.
• Assisting in the organization of sales events and exhibitions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the tisu industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
