📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth and scalability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and optimize project workflows using tools like Asana and Trello.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the company's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related operational excellence program is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
