📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of MEP engineers, technicians, and laborers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and drawings.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MEP project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project supervision and management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering MEP projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Certification in MEP project management (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
