📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative wedding decor concepts that align with the client's vision and theme.
• Source and procure high-quality decor materials, including flowers, greenery, and other floral arrangements.
• Collaborate with vendors, including florists, photographers, and event planners, to ensure cohesive and seamless event execution.
• Manage and supervise the setup and breakdown of decor at wedding venues.
• Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide design consultations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in wedding decor and incorporate them into our designs.
• Ensure that all decor elements are in line with the event's budget and timeline.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event planning process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wedding decor styling or a similar role.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of wedding decor styles and themes.
• Strong knowledge of floral design and arrangement techniques.
• Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
