• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Use Salesforce and Zendesk to manage customer data and track service performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a multilingual environment.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
