Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor key business metrics such as sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with retail or distribution industry would be a plus.
• Certifications in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are a plus.
